Shipping

Shipping

Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order then log on to your account to check status of your order.

 


Shipping. We ship to all 50 States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and Western Europe. Please note: International shipping costs may in some cases exceed $100.00. We will contact (via e-mail) all International customers of their shipping charges prior to releasing orders.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the buyers location, shipment's location and the particular time of year. In most cases, orders received by 2:00 PM CST will ship the same day. Customers should expect a 3-7 day delivery time. International delivery time is 5 - 10 days.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible with a delivery time of 3 to 7 days. All International orders will be shipped Global Express Mail with a delivery time of 5 to 10 days. Please contact us if you would like Next Day shipping.  In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


Order Tracking. When your order ships, we will e-mail you a  order shipped confirmation that includes a tracking number.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and they will inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Warranties. All products sold by Tech & Tackle are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Please see our Technical Support page for information on contacting manufacturers. Feel free to Contact Us with any questions you may have.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect within 60 days of purchase, Contact Us or e-mail our Sales department at sales@techntackle.com for instructions. Please do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number(RAN). No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to sales@techntackle.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field) or Contact Us, at which time the return authorization number (RAN) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RAN issued before returned.  Please Note: All software and memory cards  that  are  non-defective are not returnable. Any defective products  may be returned within 60 days of purchase.

 

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). ·

   Original packaging. ·  Original invoice or receipt.

 


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Write the Return Authorization Number(RAN) clearly on the box or package.
  2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. 
  3. Returns with a value of over $200.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us. Expect your refund in about 7 to 10 business days.
